On Friday by Charing Cross Station this police horse decide to relieve itself outside a shop in Charing Cross - the lady manager of the shop retorted " If I had a dog and he went to the loo outside a shop I would be fined immediately yet a police horse can go outside my shop and stop people coming into my shop and nothing is done about it!"

stop being ridiculous. . .the police horses are there to help save people. . . just like police dogs. Horse poo is made of hay, water and grain. . .all easily degradeable and it doesn't smell. wash it away with a hose.
