Yes - Ive decided this person deserves "Tosser Of The Train Award March 2008"
Why? As you can see he is sitting on the outside seat on a crowded commuter train with passengers standing up and yes he refuses to move in to the next seat to allow anyone else to sit down - he probably thinks he deserves two seats
